Talent, Capital & Place: What Makes an Ecosystem the Location of Choice?

This will be a practical, interactive workshop looking at location choice from two sides: how ecosystems attract talent and capital, and how businesses, investors and talent actually select between competing locations.<br /> Working in teams, participants will assess the factors that influence location decisions, including market access, talent and capital, networks, infrastructure and connectivity, incentives and institutional confidence, future growth trajectory, and the operating environment. I will then switch their perspective so they have to test whether the proposition they have just built actually stands up from the investor and talent side of the table.
